Consulting group «Expert & Consulting», interviews with key market participants, summed up the 4th quarter of 2014, forming an integral rating. This rating is also the original result of the past year. Accordingly, we asked the operators to voice their forecasts for 2015, focusing on possible points of market growth.
Integral rating
According to the evaluation group «E & C» (www.encint.com) integral rating* ISPs Ukraine (fixed broadband) at the end of the 4th quarter of 2014, based on data of the subscriber base, its dynamics and ARPU (average revenue subscribers) as follows:
1. The subscriber base – consider the general ( natural and legal persons ) of active database (based on the internal accounting system operator ) subscribers.
2. Dynamics of the subscriber base reflects the growth period to period.
3. ARPU calculated blanded ( legal and natural persons ) for each quarter of the relevant period by dividing the proceeds received by the company for granted in the quarter services , excluding revenue received for telephone services , TV / Video content and from the sale of computer accessories and other income not related to the provision of services by the average number of active subscribers of the company between the two quarters . “
In the integral rating includes leading Ukrainian providers of fixed broadband in the number of subscribers at the end of the 4th quarter of 2014 . The company’s assets were not considered in the Crimea:
* Taking into account all the companies that were acquired in the reporting period without a degree of integration.
** The subscriber base is given without considering the assets in the Crimea.
