Russia launches Horse World TV channel with air-time devoted to horse breeding.
The new channel starts broadcasting on May 10 on the NTV-Plus satellite television platform. The operator’s press-release reports that broadcasting of programs will be carried out in a high definition format within the Basic package. At that, the subscribers won’t be charged with additional fee.
The channel’s broadcasting grid will contain programs about the horse breeding history, actual life and work of the studs, breeding work, horse races broadcasts and other areas of this industry.
While creating new channel there will be applied the NTV-Plus TV Company’s long experience in producing TV content and organizing live broadcasts of various sports events.
The initiator of establishing the Horse World TV Channel is OJSC Russian Hippodromes. The project is launched pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, aimed at improving updating and modernizing the Russian horse industry.
