Access to popular file-sharing service ex.ua was blocked in Crimea.

According to the “Center of journalistic investigations”, Roskomnadzor (Russian Supervising Council) initiated that acts.

Trying to visit the ex.ua website users see the following message:

“Access is limited by court order or on other grounds established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The network address is included in the Unified register of domain names, containing the information the dissemination of which is forbidden in the Russian Federation”.

Ex.ua was included in the register of banned websites by court decision in August 2014. But access to it remained open for the residents of Crimea.

We shall recall, the complainment of the law firm “Kachkin and partners” was the reason for including ex.ua in the list of prohibited resources, they required removal the archive correspondence of employees of the company “Concord” and Igor Osadchy from the hosting servers.
