The Moscow City Court ordered to block access to six Internet portals engaged in illegal broadcasting the channel Nash Football (Our football). Previously, the TV channel Dozhd (Rain) also managed via the courts to suspend piracy rebroadcasting on several sites, as «CNews» edition reports.
In general, the Moscow City Court adopted six decisions on blocking access to the pirate sites that broadcasted TV channel Nash Football ex rights. The relevant suit was filed by TRK Liga TV, the owner of Nash Football since 2012.
The owners of the resources had to receive from Roskomnadzor a warning to suspend mandatory the channel’s rebroadcasting. Otherwise, just during three days their resources would be put into a unified database of prohibited Internet sites, and would become unavailable all over the Russian Federation.

As already noted, a little before, Dozhd managed in the same way via the courts a ban for two sites due to the channel’s illegal broadcasting.

It is worth noting that the issue of pirate rebroadcasting is particularly topical and painful for Dozhd, as the channel’s paid online subscription is the TRK’s main and almost the only source of profit.
As known, the most of the pay-TV operators ceased broadcasting Dozhd in 2014, so it became possible to obtain further access to its content within the Web.
