The users of MEGOGO video service can watch popular movies in 4K / Ultra HD. It is stated in a press release, a copy of which is available to Mediasat.
This option can be only enjoyed by those who have Smart TV-s made by Sony, Samsung and LG. Due to the MEGOGO application 17 movies (both Russian and foreign) in Ultra HD are available for viewing. Among them there are such movies as The Immigrant, Side Effects, American Hustle, Magic Mike and Territory.
By the end of this year MEGOGO promises to make happy its users by expanding the content available in 4K-format, and by giving an option of viewing this content on Smart-TV-s of other brands.
The content in Ultra HD format is available to users of MEGOGO service in Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia. The price of movie in this format is not much higher than in the HD one, and the access to MEGOGO 4K content can be obtained under a transactional model.
