The satellite signal of the TV channel 3S.TV is now available via the spacecraft Amos 2 (4°W). The launch of his satellite channel was announced by the TV presenter Savik Shuster during his show Shuster Live.

The 3S.TV will broadcast in Russian in order to become one of the variants to counter the Russian TV channels’ propaganda. The bulk of the information and analytical programs will be produced by Savik Shuster Studio.
The creation of that new broadcaster Pravda Russian World channel became known at the meeting of the National TV and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine held in December 2014. But then, the regulatory authority requested Pavel Elizarov, the owner of the TV channel, additional documents. At the next meeting held a week later, the new broadcaster obtained a licence anyhow.
We shall recall that Zurab Alasania refused to relay the show Shuster Live on the Channel One National (actually the public TV channel UA: Pershiy).
This June, Mediasat reported that Savik Shuster became the holder of 50% of shares, what resulted in changing the TV channel’s name and logo from Pravda Russian World chanel to 3S.TV.
