Due to unauthorized copies of TV serials uploaded by web users, the resource could be totally locked by the Roskomnadzor.

According to the Vedomosti’s publication, TNT and YouTube have entered into the amicable settlement at the lawsuit regarding the copyright law violations. The two parties also signed an agreement on broadcaster’s using the Content ID system, which would allow finding its content on the web site and gaining profit. The Google confirmed that information.
Because of TV serials Fizruk and Chernobyl uploaded to YouTube by pirates, the TNT-Network filed a suit to the Moscow City Court on the violation of copyright and allied rights by the video hosting service. The resource was required to remove the unlicensed content, otherwise it faced locking. But the removed serials were uploaded by pirates all over again.
The Roskomnadzor has repeatedly notified YouTube about the availability of 137 links to unlicensed copies of the TV serials, but, according to the regulatory authority, the requirements of removing that content were not fulfilled. And just a warning of registering the pages containing illegal serials as forbidden web sites produced the proper effect. The Service removed them, as it would result in its total locking in Russia.
