The Crimean channel’s application appeared in the App Store in spite of sanctions

In the app store for Apple devices  appeared an application of the “Crimean Channel One”.

The TV and Radio Broadcasting Company “Krym” launched and placed in the App Store its official mobile application “Crimean Channel One” for those using the operating system iOS, what violates the directives introduced by the United States.
This was stated by Lenur Islyamov, the owner of the Crimean Tatar TV Channel ATR, on his Facebook profile.

“The Goblin’s occupation mouthpiece penetrates the App Store bypassing international sanctions.
At the same time the TV propaganda product is made using the equipment stolen from Ukraine, and the same stolen installations”.
The application “Crimean Channel One” appeared in December 2015 and provides the owners of iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and PC Mac with an option of watching live broadcasts of the Crimean pro-government channel. The developer is identified as the company TechBee Software located in Russia.
We shall point out that in the past year following the sanctions imposed by the United States, the Apple deprived all the “apple” devices owners on the peninsula of access to the applications and software updates in the App Store, as the upload of this content was recognized exports. The Apple’s cooperation with Crimean developers is limited as well.
We shall recall that Google’s activities and the app store Google Play Market are also prohibited in the Crimea.
