The new operation model offered by the OTT service Divan.TV ensures an additional monthly income to internet service providers at a one-time effort. For connecting each subscriber to television, the Divan.TV makes a one-time payment of UAH 50, and then UAH 7-26 monthly.

According to the OTT service, the average number of subscribers connected monthly to Divan.TV by one provider is 300 people per 1000 provider’s subscribers. At the same time 40% of users opt for the tariff “Start+Viasat”, which makes available the nationwide channels and premium content for the most demanding customers. The service TV archive provides users with access to daily updated collection of videos (+100 Hollywood movies and TV shows every day) at no extra charge.
Arkadiy Kanyuka, Executive Director at Divan.TV: “Divan.TV takes all the rough work on servicing subscribers (collecting fee, providing legal content in high quality, ensuring service availability on virtually all devices, including smart TV-sets Samsung, LG, Phillips, etc.). We also offer our partners training programs and promotional literature to facilitate as much as possible the work with each subscriber. On the other hand, there are a number of providers having subscribers who enjoy Divan.TV, but the Provider itself does not receive income, thus after signing a partnership contract the situation will radically change, and the provider will start receiving UAH 7-26 per month for each customer”.
This cooperation form was designed not only to preserve the provider’s subscriber base, but also to increase customer loyalty by providing a full set of services Internet+TV.
