April 5, the Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar and the OTT platform Megogo announced their joint project. The mobile operator’s customers will get an access to TV channels and the Megogo’s VoD service. The cooperation between the two companies is primarily intended to provide viewers with an opportunity of watching video content on mobile devices wherever they are.
The Mediasat’s reporter informs that the Kyivstar announced new tariffs and service packages, which also incorporate a free access to the online cinema Megogo.
Ivan Shestakov from Megogo and Svyatoslav Gorbal from Kyivstar are confident that 3G service will allow showing video in perfect quality and at a reasonable price.
