While some operators announce increase in tariffs, the others give way to its customers, not only by keeping down price for services, but also by adding the new ones that meet different needs.

Today, the most advanced prepaid tariff “Online Extra” incorporates the “Video On The Go” service, making available Divan.TV, Home TV by Kyivstar and others without any traffic restrictions. A subscriber is offered a carte blanche: on the one hand, he may choose a set of channels and video, which is interesting to him, but on the other hand, there is no longer need in monitoring megabits, since there are no traffic restrictions on using the above video services. The “Video On The Go” is also available in most contract tariffs of the Kyivstar.
This step of all the leading mobile operators proves the subscribers’ demand for video on mobile devices using 3G-networks.
