The subscribers of the satellite operator Viasat were offered an option of subscribing to the “cheesecake” package.
Starting from November 24, the satellite TV operator Viasat Ukraine run on own platform a package of erotic channels “Vzrosly” (Adult). This is stated in the Viasat’s press release, a copy of which is available to the Mediasat.
The subscription to the package of three channels Playboy TV, Erox, Erotica TV is available to people of full age, in addition to their basic package.
In accordance with the Ukrainian laws (Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Public Morals”) the TV channels are allowed to broadcast at night from 00:00 to 4:00 am.
Let us recall that the decision of the National Broadcasting Council dated 20 December, 2015 added TV channels like Erox HD, Playboy TV and Erotica TV to the List of broadcasts that met the requirements of the European Convention on Transfrontier Television, and their rebroadcasting all over Ukraine was unlimited.
