In Zaporizhia Region, it was stopped the operation of another site that distributed pirated content, as the site of the Ukrainian Cyber Police informs.
The resource was shut down by efforts of the Cyber Crime Prevention Unit in Zaporizhia Region.
The site mega-cinema.pp.ua became another web site, eliminated on serious piracy and copyright violation charges. It is reported that due to the portal’s operation the rights holders suffered total losses of UAH 1.2 million.
As it turned out, the site was administered by an 18-year-old resident of Zaporizhia, who was already served with offence charges.
