Over 85% of Ukrainians Get Information from TV

The Kyiv International Institute of Sociology conducted a mass survey of Ukrainians about their sources of information. This is reported by theUkrainian News”.

Thus, the survey offered several answers.

The minimum proportion of respondents were those who did not follow the news – 1.6%, 27.2% answered that they obtained information from the central or local newspapers and magazines, and 39.6% of the respondents preferred learning news online, specifically in social networks.

The survey evidenced that 52% of the country residents were interested in politics.

The study was conducted under the auspices of the Ministry for Regional Development, Building and Housing, as well as the Council of Europe.

The survey respondents were over two thousand people in 110 settlements, as well as 400 residents from 159 united communities.
