Ukraine will Train Professionals in Cybercrime Prevention and Anti-piracy

On March 17, to be signed the Memorandum on Cooperation between the State Intellectual Property Service (SIPSU) and the National Academy of Internal Affairs (NAIAU). This memorandum provides for implementing the Project for training professionals in cybercrime prevention and anti-piracy. This statement was released on the official web site of the National Academy of Internal Affairs.

At the premises of the National Academy of Internal Affairs, there will be arranged special training courses for professionals in cybercrime prevention and anti-piracy. This experience will become a platform for drafting an educational program aimed at training new-generation law enforcement officers, serving to protect and elevate Ukraine’s innovative potential to current higher quality standards.

This special course can be attended by the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Security Service of Ukraine, fiscal and customs authorities, as well as the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection, responsible for copyright protection and cybercrime prevention.

The Ukrainian professionals will be trained both by local specialists, and international experts from governmental and non-governmental agencies of Europe and the United States.
