The File-sharing service FEX.NET, which is managed and promoted by the team of the former piracy resource EX.ua, will be completed with licensed video content. This is featured by the edition “ Novoye Vremya ” (New Times), referring to the company’s press office.
The FEX.NET has entered into agreement with the “Top Film Distribution”, which provides for users’ access to legal video. Under the terms of the contract, users are prohibited from copying, distributing and using this video content for commercial purposes.
The agreement also allows the FEX.NET to distribute films in the following countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Ukraine.
The service is a fee-based one. For this access, viewers will have to pay from 30 UAH/month.
The FEX.NET has stated that the library actually contains more than 50 films, but their number will increase in the future. The press office does not specify what kind of films there are.
