TV channels Football 1 / Football 2 and VOLIA obtained the official rights to broadcast UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League in2018-2021
TV channels Football 1 / Football 2 and VOLIA obtained the official status and broadcast rights for all the matches of UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League in 2018/2019, 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 seasons. The Mediasat was reported on it by the operator’s press office.

The new partnership format marks a milestone in the development of the domestic market of premium pay-per-view content. All over the world, the production of sports TV content is becoming more complex and technological product, which requires official broadcasters’ important investment.

Thanks to the partnership of Football 1 / Football 2 with the telecom company VOLIA, the audience of some 15 million households will be able to watch live broadcasts of UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League matches for the next three years.
