Estonian Russian-language TV channel starts broadcasting

The Channel ETV+ for the Russian-speaking audience started operating.

As reported by the news agency Regnum, today at 7 am, the state-owned TV channel ETV+, focused on the Russian-speaking people of Estonia, has aired for first time.
The Mediasat previously reported about the plans of the Estonian Government to create a state-owned TV channel to inform the Russian-speaking residents about the events in the country.
The TV channel’s signal is available to the Estonian audience both in the analog and digital terrestrial networks of the country, as well as online on the official web site in HD-quality.
The new broadcaster’s airtime is represented by evening and morning shows, analytical and news casts of own production, as well as programs dedicated to travelling, sports, culture and fashion. In addition, well-known foreign programs, movies and TV serials are also offered to the audience.
The channel broadcasts daily from 7:00 to 00:00.
