In October, the new music channel DOT Dance TV Russia will start its operation on the Russian market, being aimed at fans of popular dance music. The sound quality of the new channel will exceed 128 kbit/s giving 320 kbit/s. This is stated in the press release, a copy of which is available to Mediasat.
The official presentation of the channel will be held on October 29 in Moscow at the Del Mare Cafe.
The press release states that the DOT Dance TV Russia is a part of the global media network, incorporating a variety of music TV channels. Apart form Russia, the channel also operates in a number of European countries (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden), in the UK, as well as in the United States.
The management of the DOT Dance TV Russia is looking forward to start operating in the near future within all networks of cable, satellite and mobile TV in the Russian Federation. The company also plans to cover Android- and iOS devices. The potential audience is estimated as thirty million people.
A distinctive feature of the channel DOT Dance TV Russia is to give the audience an opportunity of watching the best European and American music video presentations, as soon as they appear in the United States and the European Union. In addition, this strategy also works backwards: Russian authors get an opportunity of presenting their music works in the European and US markets.
The broadcasting grid of the Net DOT Dance TV Russia is formed by music clips non-stop for 24 hours a day. The channel does not have any shows and commercials.
