During 2017, all railway stations in Ukraine will get Internet access under the wireless technology Wi-Fi.
By the end of this year, free Wi-Fi will appear on all railway stations. This is reported by the UNN, referring to the Chairman of the “Ukrainian Railways” Wojciech Balczun.
“We will install ticket points at the railway stations. We would like to provide free Wi-Fi at all railway stations. And we announce a tender for the design of new cars to come in accordance with international standards”, as stated by the Chairman of the railway monopolist.
Let us recall that in the course of this year, free Wi-Fi is expected to appear at all the stations of the Kyiv metro.
In 2016, the study, conducted by the “Kaspersky Lab”, discovered that about 25% of public Wi-Fi points did not provide any data transmission security.
