The Kyiv administrative court recognized provider “Zeonbud” as a monopolist in the market of digital terrestrial TV, thus proving the correctness of the AMC.The history of litigation began in March of this year. Then the company “Zeonbud”, not agreeing with the status of a monopoly, which it was recognized in December 2014 order of the AMCU, challenged it in the court of first instance. Then the court sided with the provider and admitted that he was right.
However, AMC filed a cross appeal, and as we see, has won another round of the trial.
Thus, Zeonbud again recognized as a company that is a monopoly (dominant) position on the national market of telecommunication services for the dissemination in digital format (DVB-T2) TV programs.
The decree entered into force upon proclamation.
