The Krasnaya Linia (Red Line) started full broadcasting by satellite ABS 2 (75.0°E).

The TV channel, established by the Communist Party of Russia (KPRF), started its permanent broadcasting by satellite ABS 2 (75.0°E).

In October of the same year, the Roskomnadzor issued to the Krasnaya Linia a general satellite broadcasting licence. But the KPRF also contemplates to spread the TV channels’ signal in cable television networks of the Russian Federation as well.
