As from April this year, the Ukrainian TV channel “UA TV” is incorporated in the packages “Digital TV” and “Interactive TV” of the largest Latvian provider “Baltcom”, as stated on the website of the Ministry of Information Policy.

Minister Yuriy Stets expressed a special gratitude to Ambassador Juris Poikans for his contribution, as well as noted the great importance that the Ukrainians living in Latvia got an opportunity to watch “UA TV”.

It is worth emphasizing that the company “Baltkom”, as one of the largest providers in Latvia, has a large number of subscribers in all cities of the country.

As the Mediasat reported before, “UA TV” is available to subscribers in Denmark and Georgia, as well as within cable networks of hotels in Turkey, Egypt and Bulgaria. For the time being, the negotiations for starting channel’s broadcasts in Greece are in progress.
